un-jardin-apres-la-moussonThe Un Jardin Apres La Mousson by Hermes 1.7 oz Eau de Toilette Spray is the smallest size that is available for this fragrance. The popularity of the Un Jardin (A Garden) series led to the creation of this third particular scent.

The Hermes Un Jardin Apres La Mousson 1.7 oz EDT Spray was developed by popular fragrance designer Jean-Claude Ellena in 2008. The translation of its name from French means ” A Garden After Monsoon”. This fragrance is very true to its name, as the scent is very representative of it. The La Mousson scent is a vegetal, floral, and spicy fragrance, that takes its inspiration from Kerala in India. The scent from this perfume will leave the person wearing it with a very serene and soothing feeling.

When first smelling Un Jardin Apres La Mousson, the person can essentially get a whiff of the many different spices that are present. It should represent how Kerala smells like once the monsoon rains go away. The vegetative, earthy and floral scent all come together to make a fragrance that is truly unique and different. The notes such as cardamom, veviter, pepper, Kahili ginger flower and coriander all mix and mingle with each other to produce the final version of La Mousson. This scent is definitely in its own class and it is drastically different from the Sur Le Nil and En Mediterranee. Being a unisex fragrance, it works for both men and women.

The perfume works well with the Hermes Un Jardin Apres La Mousson Body Lotion.
